报告人简介：
Qiao He's field of interest includes arithmetic geometry, number theory and representation theory. He is particularly interested in the deep relation between geometry of Shimura varieties and analytic objects like L-function and Eisenstein series. He has worked on various topics of Shimura varieties and related representation theory, including Kudla's program, theta correspondence and unlikely intersection. He received his PhD degree from UW-Madison in 2023, and is currently a Ritt assistant professor at Columbia University.
报告摘要：
Kudla's program aims to establish geometric and arithmetic analogue of various results about theta correspondence. In this talk, we will survey the motivation of Kudla program and some of the key ideas. If time permits, we will mention some open problems and future directions.
